She listened to us, got to know our family and was invested in our individual needs. She communicated effectively and responded quickly to our phone calls, texts and emails. She is great at negotiation, has a real command of the real estate market and knows the area she serves. Thanks to Leann, we were able to purchase the home we wanted at nearly 9% below our seller’s bottom dollar! We were thankful to have a realtor who was focused on business, but also genuinely cared about us. After we closed the deal, she took time to take pictures of our family holding keys to our new home and called weeks afterward to see how we were settling in. We would recommend Leann to anybody who is looking for a hand to hold as they embark on that home-buying or home-selling journey. She has a reassuring manner that takes the stress out of the process and we sure are glad we found her!
